Some years ago I notice a disturbing correlation between blondes and psychopathy, especially female blondes. There seems to be some genetic link between that hair color and being a psychopath, especially among females. Now not every blonde is a psychopath but a disproportionate number are and it would be best to remove the blonde gene from future generations. As a carrier of this cursed gene I would cleanse it from my own genenome given the chance to avoid spreading it again. Thankfully CRISPER9 can cut out specific genes so I could cleanse my blood of this intergenerational curse.

I think you're looking at the result and trying to backtrack to the wrong path. When I read it, I think you have more cases of crazy female blondes due to most blonde women are considered the pinnacle of beauty so they have their pickings of the top men.
As we know, abundance of options for women drives them completely mad as it forces them to decide, which goes against their biology. That's what happens in China today where post-wall women are so delusional, it sounds fake...

I think millennia of getting away with bullshit has selected in blondes the worst genetic traits and thus linking the genes.

I know it's random but everyone knows the hot crazy matrix. Being blonde makes men enable your craziness to unseen levels before modern society.
There's a good episode of how I met your mother series, were there is an explanation that Jeanette, a complete blonde psycho girlfriend of Ted, acts crazy. Later in an episode is revealed that Ted has been enabling all of it, every outburst, never punishing her when she acts that way.
