If we get real sex dolls, how could governments persuade men to carry women on and not let the civilization die? Sure there will be few men who will do anything to have children but in general i really do not see anything that could stop a total collapse.

Also, sex robots will be available to every man of the elite class.
You can use them to attract any talented men away from a retarded country by promising him hot sex robots, like easterns countries use their women to attract rich westerns (the soviets used hot women as spies all the times).
