If Jews are the final boss, and all non-whites are the fodder enemy. You only win the game by dealing damage to the final boss directly, his fodder enemies are there to distract you and add to the difficulty. They shift attention away from the boss, and make you waste time.

If you have limited ammo and limited time, you should prioritize damaging the final boss over his goons. The goons will keep on coming as long as the final boss has a full health bar, but once the final boss is defeated. These anti-White goons and foot soldiers no longer have the capability to sustain themselves.
