- America is inconsistent: look at the wild variance in the last 3 conferences
- America is hostile: look at its National Security Strategy
- America has a major powers strategy: dismissing "weak" allies

But mainly #Europe must build its own security without the USA because...
- America is wrong (at best) or lying: blaming energy and migration policies for leaving "people impoverished". As if the trillions of $ are with the climate scientists and migrants, not the oil/gas companies and oligarchs. And for blaming the UN for not fixing the world.
It is time to build a new #NATO without the US.
