Who are the authority? Females are the problem they have all the power and ZERO accountability or responsibility that goes along with that power.

Women don't. All you perceive as "female power" is 100% enforced by men.
They might make all decisions and demands they want, if men don't collectively agree to enforce them, those might as well be wishes to Santa.
The reason they have zero accountability is because men don't hold them accountable for it, because as I said, men are the ones with power and authority.
