This week so far, two indians shared their screen with me and both of them had a constant stream of Slack notifications popping up at the top of their screen, with sound and everything, as if every message from the 50-ish channels they're in was notifying them. This is pretty consistent from how noisy and spammy India was in person, and I have no idea how they live like this and get anything done at all. I'd go absolutely insane after a few days.
@Zeb I know, sadly I was there. The initial taxi drive from the airport almost made me lose my nuts, everyone honks all the time and the traffic itself is pure chaos. Every second felt like a retarded scooter driver is about to end up under our wheels.
