It's "free" - as long as it doesn't want to join China or act on its own interests.
It's "democratic" - as long as it votes according to liberal agenda and against nationalism.
It's also "Sovereign" - as long as it does what the US tells it to do and never want to be friends with China/Russia, their neighbors.
