That means Bill Gates will spend his day watching Indians shitting on the street and Africans masturbating to the sky?
How does he intend to punish those people? Or even worse, how does he intend to make them work to improve their own lives, something evolution has failed to do for the entirety of primate/human history?
He doesn't worry about those ones... His campaigns to inject the world with his toxins have pretty much taken care of the 3rd worlders.....
