Not an I hate niggers post necessarily, but I just want to comment that they never have their paperwork ready.
White? Asian? Even Pajeet? 99% of the time, they hop out ready to go, everything in order.
Mexicans it is more like 90%.
But every time a Black guy pulls up he sits there for five minutes filling out paperwork last minute, digging through trash piles for what he needs. The line backs up behind him. He doesn't care.
30% is a fair number for those who don't do this or do it excessively.

Why should they have everything ready? You're making them go through all this bullshit paperwork bureaucracy. You might as well as suffer along.
Plus, they don't have anything else to do. The others want to leave and go back home/work asap.
