Brussels has been an african shithole for a long time. IMO is the third worst capital in europe (after london and paris).
Unlike those other two, it's too small to recover from the invasion...Belgium is even more of a joke "country" than Canada.
The dutch speaking part of the country, last time I was there in 2018, was fine. Not sure how downhill it went since covid.
@Zeb Back in 2011 when I visited it was already a shithole, with graffiti scrawled on cathedrals and defaced statues everywhere. The diversity plague of the UN did it in.
