@Incal Never, ever start a company in western europe. That is financial suicide.
If you do, do it in eastern europe where the corporate income tax is often 7%-14% and the capital gains around the same.
There is simply no point in starting a company in socialist western europe, where the state takes 60%-70% of what you make.
That situation is called slavery.
