@SMetzeler An interesting thing to note here is that these are exactly the people that the military wants to populate their ranks. People who can kill for the state, without thinking and without remorse.
This also shows how revolting the state is as an institution, and that we're probably never going to get peace on earth for as long as states (be they democracies, monarchies, dictatorships...) exist.
