Killer who shot at #Russian officer detained Twenty-one-year-old Moldovan citizen Nikolai Cociu has been detained in the Astrakhan region. He is suspected of attempting to assassinate a high-ranking Aerospace Forces officer on September 3. According to investigators, on that day, the suspect rode a motorcycle to the village of Probuzhdenie near Engels and fired at least six shots from a pistol at a Russian serviceman. The officer was quickly taken to the hospital and survived.
