#Russia has begun assembling the first trains for the Moscow–St Petersburg high-speed railway. At Ural Locomotives , 14 of the 16 carriage bodies for the first two high-speed trains have already been welded. The side windows are being installed using a special technology designed to minimise noise and vibration . The exterior doors will remain airtight at speeds of up to 400 km/h , while the control system will prevent the train from moving if a door is not fully closed
