#NATO reconnaissance #drone loses contact and is circling over the Black Sea According to SHOT, the RQ-4D Phoenix surveillance drone, call sign MAGMA 10, transmitted an emergency signal 7600, which indicates a loss of two-way communication with the base. It is reported that the drone is currently circling over neutral waters of the Black Sea. Prior to this, the drone activated its transponder over #Bulgaria. It is assumed that the RQ-4D Phoenix may have taken off from a NATO base in Sicily.
