Venezuelan Interim President Delcy Rodríguez says #Venezuela has reached a 25-year oil agreement with the U.S. covering 17 strategic fields and targeting production of more than 1.5 million barrels per day. At around $65 per barrel, Venezuela expects roughly $19 per barrel and more than $209 billion in state revenues. The deal will combine Venezuelan oil resources and workforce with U.S. capital and technology. Rodríguez said the agreement will create jobs
