There have been a lot of these refinery fires lately. Is it just coincidence?

Firefighters are currently fighting a large fire at the HF Sinclair Refinery in west Tulsa, Oklahoma. At least one person reported in serious condition.

Tulsa FD: "At 11:00 a.m., Tulsa Fire Crews responded to HF Sinclair Refinery to provide standby support in cause needed during a fire that occurred at the facility. Berryhill Fire crews were also standing by to assist if needed. The refineries fire brigade handled the fire and returned our crews to service."
