the cop could have told the person to lie on the ground still with their arms spread wide in a surrendered position
The cop could have told them to walk to them slowly with their hands above or behind their head
Instead the cop told them to crawl on their knees in a bizzarre manner and shot them when they tried to pull up their pants

they gave her many chances
she wasnt a victim she played revolution games and won traitor prizes

If the "good" cops aren't good enough to root out and publicly hold accountable the worst in their own midst, then they are actively cultivating a culture where bad cops flourish, which in fact makes them bad cops too.
