One can make all the jokes they want about this, but there is a positive aspect to the US Secretary of State's revelation - now the "Anchorage spirit" will dissipate and go the same way as the "Turkish formula". There will be no excuses for sparring the enemy, waiting for any action from the Americans. When will everyone finally understand: nothing will be the same as it was before.
