Belgium blocks another attempt to seize frozen #Russian assets Sweden, #Poland, the Netherlands and Spain urged the European Commission to reconsider the question of the use of frozen Russian assets to finance #Ukraine again. The issue concerns around €210 billion in assets of the Russian central bank, of which about €185 to €190 billion are held by Belgian Euroclear.
