🇺🇦 Speaking of Ukrainian corruption - "Turnkey" corruption has emerged in #Ukraine: for $60,000, Ukrainian military commissars themselves transport people across the border in their own vehicles, stated Ukrainian Human Rights Ombudsman Lubinets . "One of the latest cases we have confirmed is that a new 'turnkey' service has appeared in a border region: a person can pay between $50,000 and $70,000, and then they are transported directly from a van to outside of Ukraine," said Lubinets.
