Satellite images of the Kstovsky LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez Oil Refinery after the August 26 attack. Damage was recorded to the columns of the AVT-1, AVT-4, and AVT-5 primary oil refining units, as well as, likely, the secondary refining unit. This brings to mind the #Russian General Staff's promise to destroy Ukraine's energy sector. #Ukraine has gasoline, but #Russia lacks it. Overall, everything is fine; negotiations with Ukraine are ongoing, especially through the intelligence services.
