Russia's Alabuga #drone factory in Tatarstan is expanding massively. The complex, which produces Shahed-copy Geran-2 drones and decoys, has grown by over 1,000 hectares across multiple construction phases in 2025–2026, with new workshops, warehouses, roads, and a separate 450-hectare site south of the highway. Production has shifted from Iranian kits to largely localized manufacturing using Chinese components.
