#Europe Slashes Financial and Humanitarian Aid to #Ukraine — Kiel Institute ​ Europe’s financial and humanitarian aid to Ukraine has sharply declined since the beginning of 2026, while military support remains at the same level, according to a new report by the Kiel Institute for the World Economy. ​ From January to April, European countries allocated around €500 million per month on average for financial and humanitarian support — less than one fifth of the 2025 average.
