@waff it's possible. All the caps on the board look perfectly good. And testing it on the board yields weird readings bc other components on the board interfere with the readings. SO I have to pretty much replace stuff blindly until it works.

@waff not sure, it just won't turn on at all, so far I have tested the power supply circuit board but it's good. I think I might have a lead on some faulty capacitors but I won't know until I remove a couple and test them. The capacitors look perfectly good but they are legit 20 yrs old

Without the red tape, there would be a surplus of houses, and the equity firm would lose money on their house investment, causing them to sell their homes and invest their money elsewhere. So, in essence, if you get rid of the gov red tape, the giant equity firms buying all the housing issues go away by itself.
