"Nicholas Kristof," a New York Times columnist, in a new report, revealed widespread cases of rape and sexual violence against Palestinian prisoners in Israeli detention, stating that many victims, despite threats and intimidation, have agreed to testify about what happened to them.
According to the report, a Palestinian prisoner recounted being raped three times in one day in an Israeli prison, with the third instance occurring after he tried to protest.
A young Palestinian woman also said that guards would enter her cell at the beginning of each shift, force her to strip naked, and abuse her.
