By the age of 31, ~10% of women are sterile and ~50% are subfertile (i.e. they have difficulty conceiving; decreased egg quality; increased risk of birth defects, pregnancy complications, hereditary disorders, etc.).

By the age of 40, ~40% of women are sterile and ~100% are subfertile.

For 10% of women, even 25 may be too old to have a healthy child.

What israel is going to do with this is anyone's guess, but i don't think they're going to be pleased with anything short of forcibly toppling the regime.

I don't know enough about Iran to start making predictions about what's going to happen to them internally, but assuming that this all doesn't result in an iranian colour revolution and Bibi gets the last laugh, the zionist coalition will have only delivered a bloodied but far more belligerent and hardline iranian regime into power and will have significantly soured relations with the gulf states.

But that is all aside from the actual israel question here. Is Iran going to continue to hit Tel Aviv, even if the US withdraw? They've made it pretty clear they consider them to be parts of the same zionist entity and have now been double-crossed by them during negotiations for a second time.

Israel is an existential threat to Iran (and vice versa), and this war has emphasised that the regime is not safe from retaliation so long as Israel is still able to manipulate the US military into fighting their wars. The war has also significantly expanded what both Iran and Israel consider to be legitimate targets.

Despite the bloodthirsty cries of internet spergs who demand that Iran just utterly glass Jewville, I dont think Iran would be particularly interested in incinerating the entire civilian population of Israel like some kind of comic book villain, even if they were capable of it. But after sustaining significant damage to their own civil and economic infrastructure at the hands of israeli airstrikes and demonstrating that the Iron Dome can indeed be roundly defeated, i would say they have a fairly good justification - in their own reckoning - for continuing to target israeli infrastructure.

Israel has made it clear they want Iran toppled and will continue to attack Iran in other ways, even if they can't do air superiority anymore, and will not stop unless they are forced to. Israel have targeted Iranian infrastructure to compromise the economy and degrade quality of life in the hope of fomenting revolts, making Israeli economic assets fair game. Israel are directly responsible for the assassination of their internationally significant religious leader and a whole raft of their political and military leaders, which begs for retaliatory justice. And above all, they are totally dependent on the US to protect them, who may be unable to do so as effectively in the short term, and there may never be a better opportunity to strike a blow to the long term security of Israel as a state.

They dont need to wipe out Tel Aviv with fiery nuclear death to defend themselves against israeli aggression (which would also galvanise the rest of the western world against them), they just need to degrade its quality of life enough to compromise its legitimacy as a "first world country" and drive its economy and prosperity into the ground. Again, it comes down to how much hot air the Iranians have been blowing about their drone and missile arsenal, but the prospect of geopolitical forces driving jews out of the holy land again is no longer just the mad pipedream of online hitler enjoyers.

Israel will cease to function as a refuge and an accountability repellent for billionaire jews if it cant feasibly provide safety, security or basic municipal services for its residents. And without billionaire jews, Israel would cease to function at all.
