TFM is reporting that the US used a tactical nuke on Iran. I saw the explosion, can it be confirmed this was a nuke?

Apparently dumb brown turds mistaking big explosions for nukes is a thing.
I'm pretty sure sufficiently large conventional explosives will produce a mushroom cloud similar to a nuke, just smaller.
That's how Nolan's pryotechnic guys produced one for Oppenheimer.
