Today I took part in the panel discussion "The African Vector. A Casual Conversation," held as part of the International Youth Festival ( #IYF ) and in the lead-up to the Third #RussiaAfrica Summit. The historical parallels with the 6th World Youth Festival and the student of 1957 are no coincidence. These traditions and formats established then continue to develop to this day. Ten thousand young participants gathered in Yekaterinburg. They discussed the prospects of the African continent
