The Santa Monica Police Department has released photos of some of the looting suspects arrested in the Los Angeles area as fires devastated communities and forced survivors to flee their homes.

The suspects allegedly were caught with tools to aid in burglary and had an app open that tracks wildfire evacuation areas.

Suspects Joshua Kaliel Love, Miguel Angel Dorantes, Dominic Pachecomanga and Gabriel Asaih Stokes.

Abubaker Alezawy, Demalji Hadza, Mohammed Sharif, Ali Hassan and Wasim Omar conspired and violently tortured their victims to get them to transfer money.
