Summary: When it comes to serial killing it tends to be an escalating pattern with crossdressing fueling sexual sadism.

This is the pattern in most cross dressing serial killer cases. It rarely deviates.

Forced cross dressing or sexual abuse at a young age leads to a porn addiction. That leads to voyeurism. That leads to exhibitionism and/or animal abuse. That leads to cross dressing and fetish burglary - stealing women's clothing especially shoes and underwear. The fetish drives the need to act out. Cross dressing leads to kidnapping and forcing a real women to be photographed in the underwear in order to create masturbation materials. This escalated into exhibitionism, sexual assault, violent coercive sexual assault,
sadistic sexual assault, murder, if the perpetrator is not caught the fetish escalates into necrophilia and cannibalism.

Serial killers generally have Primary paraphilias like sadism that combine with collateral paraphilias like cross dressing.
The collateral paraphilia (cross dressing) helps to drive the perpetrator to act out crimes
