Matriarchal Societies have never existed throughout human history, if women could achieve and do what men could do you would see cultural and historical fluctuations of female societies/innovations on par with men. We know for a fact that men are better at organizing/ cooperating into larger groups and working towards a common goal, the advantage in cooperation is biological due to men being the hunters in hunter/gatherer societies.
