I also don't think low iq and low impulse control is mutually exclusive with this, but there's also no way the iq was this low before the inbreeding became so commonplace in their community. I believe there is good data visible to us on this too.
@N_Y_SparkyOxCable but he always ignores context for the data. for example when he keeps showing the single motherhood chart, how blacks were doing well back in the day and how welfare corrupted them, he completely ignores just the basic fact that the ratios kept the same pace. so number go up for blacks, but also for others. it's not like blacks had low levels of single mothers back then but rather that their ratio was X and that has not changed to this day.
