140km run so far, 10km tomorrow and 50km next week and I will reach my goal of running 10km a work day for a month. Hoping to lose 7.5kg bw to get at or below 90kg. Though it looks like I will have to aim around 85kg for a six pack...ordered new shoes so I will have a rotation.
