I have completed my 5th week of running 10km every work day, 250km so far. I started at 97.5kg and today, AFTER run(dehydrated, also it was hottest day of the year), i was below 90kg. Visually i see changed bu nothing significant. Which makes me wonder how most people are overweight even if they do not perceive it that way. IIRC I was 77kg in elementary school and was probably 90kg or more for past 15-20 years. Which makes me think I got used to being overweight but though of it as normal.

My plan was to hit 90kg but now i think it might need to get closer to 80kg than 90kg in order to actually look fit. Which also makes me wonder how all the muscle i have built for the past 25 years will look like. I think it won't amount to much. Which then leads me to thinking that all those YEARS of lifting weight at the gym since I was 15 were a collosal waste of time.
