today's run was very enlightening. i fixed some technique issues i had that cased my pain around my knees. i could not figure it out at i have been running 7 weeks now without break but still got some pains here and there. i though it was my foot striking, then drop of the shoe, sole thickness, level of cushion and so on. today it clicked. i i had bad running technique altogether. the comfy shoes made me run incorrectly. i explored how my feet behave when barefoot and it clicked and i fixed it.

i guess the next week will be uncomfortable as my body adjusts but hopefully the week after i will be able to cruise without even thinking about my shoes and feet again and just enjoy the moment.

sad realisation is that most of the running advice on the internet(youtube), even from professionals, is utter garbage.
