fuck. after almost 500km that i run since july, i got "Peroneal Nerve Entrapment" so i have to take a some time off. exactly as i am building endurance for longer runs and as we are in autumn already and days will get shorter and colder :(

well, technically i think i can just go on running for however long i want. i think i have reached that point already. it's just that i actually wanted to do more of those longer runs.

i realised that every time i get the pinched nerve, it is soon after elevation change, usually running downhill, even for a short few meters. it changes the load in my legs and my right leg has a problem with it. it is not surprising as i have changed my running technique quite substantially and have run this way only 4-5 times. so it will take time for the body to adjust. i am also suspecting my shoes are a factor as i have 4 shoe rotation and they impacted me in this in various ways.
