i take three supplements every day - Amix Multi Mega Stack, BioTech USA Multi Mineral Complex and Now Vitamin D3 10k IU. So vitamins, minerals and vitamin d booster. It was today that i found out that the amix, which is 1 pill a day contains everything that is in the biotech multimineral complex in 3 pills 😄
and the Now brand contains extra virgin olive oil as medium for D3 instead of cheaper flax seed oil.
i doubt there is better product on the market for vitamins and minerals
