@SamHarris that is irrelevant though because ukrainian men had a whole year to leave ukraine before they started conscription. professional army goes in first. and it takes time for them to cycle out and new manpower is needed. secondly, once conscription starts, it means the professionals are low in numbers, and by then all DEI goes out of the window. and the longer it goes, the more irrelevant any kind of deficiencies become and you will get downies in front lines like in ukraine.
