imagine that most of our history was about survival - securing food, shelter, dwelling. that occupied 99% of our time. now look at the modern era where all of this has been solved and how shitty this life is - still. it boggles the mind how that is even possible. we should be ecstatic to have all our basic needs met and we can be creative and experience the world, yet we don't and the life is shit.
