as i posted recently, i am now invested in metals(gold, silver, platinum, palladium) and bitcoin. my entire portfolio is red(not important), and i just wonder what is the fucking point of bitcoin if it is down with the metals... it's not even a hedge. it is completely pointless.
140km run so far, 10km tomorrow and 50km next week and I will reach my goal of running 10km a work day for a month. Hoping to lose 7.5kg bw to get at or below 90kg. Though it looks like I will have to aim around 85kg for a six pack...ordered new shoes so I will have a rotation.
