i watch a lot of movie reactions on YT and i have noticed that when people watch older movies, they often say "that didn't age well", "you can' say that" and thing like that. and it made me realise that people today are living in psychological cages where they have been programmed to allow or not allow certain topics to be discussed, made fun of and things like that. in other words the modern society has been completely brainwashed and most are not even autonomous human beings without realizing
i am amazed that even after 30 yeas of exercising i am still learning to run properly. you don't know you have bad technique until you start doing longer runs when your body will let you know that it cannot keep doing it this way.
EU is completely FUBAR. I am guessing the only two countries that will be able to survive unscathed are Slovakia and Hungary, whom receive natgas through Druzba pipeline that goes through Ukraine. If Ukraine is done this year, this pipeline and Danube river will make these countries insanely well strategically positioned. DE is not treating HU like enemy within EU so the EU might fall apart sooner rather than later. Next decade or two will be wild in EU.

I've been using Lidl 6-blade razors to shave my head. But ever since EU sanctioned Russia, they disappeared. As i need close shave for the head, unlike face that has more stretchy skin, I had a tough time finding good alternatives. I finally found Wilkinson Barber's Style product line that was perfect alternative. But they too are now discontinued. But it seems they just rebranded them to Wilkinson 6 Men's Razor and dropped the price. I highly recommend these. They last eternity.

i am not buying that china/asia has the highest IQ. it makes no sense. there is no historical evidence to support it. if it were the case, it would be china that would have the most advanced society in the history. it would be them that had the industrial revolution. they would be the most prosperous. but that is not the case. china was a "jungle" up until 50 years ago. it just makes no sense to have high iq population living as 3rdworlders. and sure, they had wars and whatnot, but so did europe

sad realisation is that most of the running advice on the internet(youtube), even from professionals, is utter garbage.
strong men despise weak men. it's just yucky to be in their presence. it's like they are sick in the head, perverts or something like this. it's just natural reaction. and this is how i feel about my fellow whites. the weakness and WILFUL IGNORANCE of what is going on around them is sickening.
i guess the next week will be uncomfortable as my body adjusts but hopefully the week after i will be able to cruise without even thinking about my shoes and feet again and just enjoy the moment.
today's run was very enlightening. i fixed some technique issues i had that cased my pain around my knees. i could not figure it out at i have been running 7 weeks now without break but still got some pains here and there. i though it was my foot striking, then drop of the shoe, sole thickness, level of cushion and so on. today it clicked. i i had bad running technique altogether. the comfy shoes made me run incorrectly. i explored how my feet behave when barefoot and it clicked and i fixed it.
