I don't want to buy a boomer house at 300K to immediately see it's value crash to 3K when the market collapses.
@Lorgar What vanhouses if SHTF You can move with You house. I am living like that myself but in a car and Is stress free knowing that can flee the city with all my belongs if thing get dangerous
