@Mommy I remember something similar when I was 18. Saw a guy slap the shit out of his girlfriend in the taco bell parking lot after my shift. I wanted to call the cops but an older co-worker just told me to sit and watch. 15 minutes later they were hugging and kissing.

Most of the time, if a woman is being beaten by a man it's because she doesn't deserve any better. Or at least she doesn't think so. Otherwise she would walk away.
