Choose gentlemen. Wife who is easily brought to tears, even if it was a playful insult that you didn't mean or because of a eyerolling, cliche sad moment in a form of media. Or a wife that is scared constantly, even of silly Halloween cartoons and needs the nightlight on every night.
@Momther Second option, I'm also scared of the monsters under the bed and we would both benefit from having a nightlight.
