Now to think about it, bookworms shared the same fate as scene/emo girls. They were perfect in their own niche, but then gone extinct, as everything coalesced into normgroid slop. Scene girls become BPD e-whores, while bookworms differentiated into goonettes - both being repulsive and underwhelming shade of something once great. Tragic times..
