@WandererUber @Momther What he's describing wouldn't work anyway. Even at gunpoint you'd at most see a small increase at the cost of undesirable women blending in. If you look at countries that try benefits for more children or enforcing morality laws on uninterested people it rarely works. Honestly I think the only consistent way to increase birthrates is threat detection. Especially war, but any kind of threat, increases in-group preference behavior and tends to push out and isolate the least loyal individuals. Everything else is just a bandaid which misses the fundamental issue.
