@zebuceta no he just wants to pay 2.5 percent to make 1 percent more than the dog shit he is used to . He is content with 7 percent. He doesn't know what the market is or a benchmark. I told him to educate himself but he is content because a salesman said he can beat the competition. His 60 40 was a joke now his concert fund is even more laughable.
