The Portland woman who attacked @camhigby outside ICE is Joy B. Wilson. She's a woke, leftist activist for transitioning children. Liberal groups and Democrats have celebrated her for transitioning her younger child, who is a boy. Wilson takes her young children to leftist protests. She has been present at the recent riots outside ICE, where she wears an animal costume. In 2020, she was arrested at a violent Antifa riot but wasn't held accountable.

A @PortlandPolice liaison officer outside the ICE facility says it is a First Amendment right for the rioters to shut down traffic on the road. He says officers will not remove rioters on the street. Video by @OregonFeminist:
