@Bad_Banner I honestly didn't read it. The current state of UA is so attrited, that they've even lasted a week is impressive. They have no mobile AA systems, so RU is demolishing them from above. This last gasp push will do nothing to advance Ukraine's goals other than the PR of having something trending on twitter for a few days.
they are suing OSINT for the publishing of these maps. OSINT is full of disinfomation. what passes for osint is a uke standing in front of a fake road sign; "omg geolocated ukes took stalingrad"

Disinfo abounds on all sides, and unfortunately, many of the commentators are extremely prejudiced by ethnic ties, money, or sunk cost ideological shit.
Are they out of troops? Are they out of materiel? Are the armies of either party massacring civilians or targeting civilians? How many tanks has Russia lost and how many do they have left? How many soldiers and civilians have died? I have no fucking idea.
@CatLord @Bad_Banner @IAMAL_PHARIUS I find it more helpful to look at the larger picture. The biggest takeaway is the maneuver warfare is out and attrition warfare is back. RF can outproduce US/NATO in artillery shells, missiles, tanks, and drones. The number of Kinzhal hypersonics RF has launched is greater than the number of US Tomahawks that have ever been made since the 70s. The US doesn't even have a hypersonic prototype. US/NATO runs out of ammo vs a peer adversary in a few weeks.

I probably made a mistake as looking around, the figure was likely hypersonics in general, not specifically Kinzhals. This report puts Tomahawk production ~2.2k/y, but this fluctuates and is old: https://www.navair.navy.mil/node/13136 (assuming Raytheon meets contract deliverables...)
Russia has over a dozen hypersonic systems deployed today while the US none.
